We hve recently started to supply a new product “Dincel”, A new construction system that can benefit you if you choose to utilise the system on any of your projects. Any masonry or concrete wall can be constructed more cost effectively out of the Dincel Construction System.
The Dincel Construction System is a PVC permanent Formwork System that clicks together simply on site and then is core filled with ready-mix concrete. Lightweight and simple to use, the system is tested waterproof to 6 metre head of pressure for 100 hours by the CSIRO. Dincel is also fire compliant with the NCC 2019 edition for any class of building to any level for both internal and external use. The system provides significant cost and time saving benefits and can be utilised for: retaining walls, basements, inter tenancy walls, façade walls, lift and stair wells, tanks, pools and culverts.
Suitable for potable water, salt water, petroleum, diesel, grain, sulphuric and hydrochloric acid the system is also rot, mould and termite resistant and suitable for acid sulphate soils. It also has a 100 year UV lifespan. Dincel is Australian designed and owned and is manufactured from our purpose built facility in Western Sydney that has the capacity of 1.5m2 per year. Last financial year Dincel supplied over 600,000m2 to projects Australia wide. In Queensland we hold over 7000m2 of stock and can normally turn around most order in 24 hours.
Two men can easily install 25m2 per hour with a small amount of instruction, saving your project both time and money. Being lightweight the panels can be manhandled around your site saving cranage costs. Dincel also provide on-site installation instruction to our customers at no charge.
